Now, this is pretty easy to solve using a system of equations, but he hasn’t learned that yet, so I needed a simpler approach.

It was late, my brain was fried, and I just couldn’t figure it out. You guessed it—I asked ChatGPT to explain it at a nine-year-old’s level, and boom… within three seconds, I had a clear, step-by-step solution.

Then, I received a document in the form of a photo that was in Cyrillic. And pay attention—this was a photo, not a Word doc or any other editable format.

I just uploaded it to ChatGPT, and almost instantly, I had it translated into English. Before ChatGPT, I’d have to search for various apps—many of which didn’t work as advertised—and now I can handle it all in two clicks.

For work, the closest example I can give you is how I used ChatGPT for this blog. We had a series of posts on salaries in different cities.

In the past, it might take me days to dig through census.gov, but now ChatGPT does it in a few minutes.

Or another example: we wrote a post about seaside cities where you can buy a house for under $100,000. ChatGPT did all the heavy lifting of scouring Zillow.
